Summary: I was concerned about sharing a 1-bedroom with 1 other person and 2 small pets, but it was perfect for what we needed. The space was newly renovated, very clean and convenient to restaurants, bars and the weekly market. It wasn’t too far of a walk to the beach (use the cross-walks!) - sunsets are amazing. Nice neighborhoods to walk around in the mornings and beautiful sunrises at the little park a 5-minute walk away. Would certainly recommend this unit and Jim was very accommodating and responsive. Only negative is sharing the laundry machines with the other rental units. It’s awkward at first, but you quickly get over it.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay very much. Mostly it was me and n My Shih Tzu so enough room for us. My husband was only there a week at the beginning of our trip and week at the end. There is quite a lot of traffic on the street . Nice being a short walk to the beach and 1 block off the Main Street with shops , restaurants and bars. We would stay there again

Summary: Great location, just across Gulf Blvd to get to beach. Walking distance to restaurants, and shops. Corey Ave close by which has a great Sunday market. Unit is one of three in complex with its own patio. Unit was very clean and nicely updated.

Summary: Loved our stay! If I could change anything it would be to have a larger bathroom. But it’s very clean and in a great location!!! Also the cleaning lady was super friendly and helpful!!!

Summary: I enjoyed staying here because it was close to the beach, a grocery store, and places to eat. It had a fairly private area to sit outdoors and enjoy lunch or just relaxing. Also, my car was parked just a few steps in front of the condo which was very convenient.

Summary: In the mist of the pandemic, our stay was wonderful. We talked with the neighbors who apparently book there every year and gave us tips of where to eat. The apartment was clean and have everything we needed including washer/dryer. This was important because we traveled light. The apartment was within walking distance to everything including the beach access. If we come back to St Pete’s Beach again, we would definitely book here again!
