Completely upgraded kitchen completes this 3-bedroom family cottage on double lot in quiet North Falmouth. 10-minute walk to private beach and 2 miles from old silver. Beautiful downtown Falmouth is just a 10 min drive away. Interior just repainted, all new windows, new bath and beautiful cedar outdoor shower. W/D, window ACs, tons of toys for the beach, close to the bike trails to Woods Hole. All linens and beach towels provided. We love our cottage and hope you will too!

Summary: The house has a brand new well outfitted kitchen and a new bathroom as well. It is located in quiet neighborhood and has a lovely private back yard with a terrace. It also has a comfy living room with large TV. It had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We had a wonderful time; came as advertised with plenty to do: association beach a walk down the road or Old Silver near by. Games, bikes etc. and plenty of space for a family of 4. Great spot, great time!
