This newly renovated 4-bedroom lakefront property is the perfect setup for your next family getaway. Featuring a swimming pool with a SPA overlooking the stunning Tuggerah Lake with direct lake access. This property boasts relaxation and sunlight. Enjoy those winter days with your cup of coffee lounging in the living area in front of the gas fireplace or those scorching day with a cold drink in the garden next to the pool.
Continue through the house you will find the open sunroom and the fully equipped kitchen featuring new appliances and a dishwasher.
This exquisite holiday home is the perfect vacation to take a break and relax. In the main living area you can put up your feet and enjoy the big TV screen with Netflix or play with the pool table while enjoying the views of the pool and lake right outside. The sunroom is open with view for any weather, even in rainy days. The landscaped garden is available with direct lake access, a picnic table, timbered decking, a gas BBQ and a large bamboo gazebo right next to the pool.
Ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans are installed. You can still enjoy your stay with the temperature just right for you for any unexpected weather. Upload your holiday snaps with the complimentary wifi or relax on the deck with a cold drink while looking at the sunset over the lake. If you feel like getting out of the house than there are many beautiful locations to visit within walking distance such as the Beachcombers Hotel (dining and bar) and Wallarah Point Peace Park (a fishing spot, boat ramp, a new children’s park and even an outdoor exercise park). Supermarket and shopping strip is close to you within minuses for your convenience. Another amazing location is the property itself, if you prefer to stay in the property, then feel free to use the lake access to go fishing.
When it’s time to hit the hay after a long day you’ll find a master bedroom and the 2nd room with a king bed, 3rd room with a double bed, and 4th room with 2 x double beds. For extra guests there are sofa beds available in the 1st living room. Air conditioning with heating and cooling is available to keep the temperature just right for you during your stay.

Summary: Photos can’t show the comfort this home provides with its many casual areas indoors, semi indoors and outside. We were really able to take full advantage of the weather, views from the rear of the home are spectacular. A truly luxury experience. Thankyou for having us.

Summary: We had to find a place that could sleep more than 10 people for a family wedding. This property was perfect is so many ways. It felt like our own private piece of paradise and made the weekend so special. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Summary: We were a group of sisters and close friends who had a great time in Molly's house, with plenty of room. The photos don't do the property justice. The view is amazing, extremely clean and ample amenities for the house. We literally didn't need to leave. Highly recommended and Molly was excellent with communication!!

Summary: Had a great weekend away with family and friends. Coming here around the cold season meant great use of the outdoor fire pit while overlooking the lake. There was enough to entertain away from the tv and desktop screens and allowed the opportunity to be in each others company and enjoy every moment.

Summary: The property is everything as described in the pictures and description. The views are amazing and the backyard is spectacular. The house is luxurious inside and out and furnished extremely well. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery, utensils and cutlery. We love that it was an easy transition into holiday mode once we set foot inside the house. The host Molly is absolutely lovely and responds fairly quickly. Will definitely book here again.

Summary: I have stayed at many properties but this one definetly stands out above them all. Location is 10/10 close to shops, beaches and restaurants. House is fully furnished with everything you wl need for your stay. But the view and atmosphere, you will never get over how beautiful the view is, hours spent just staring at the lake. Will definetly be coming back.
