Enjoy a tropical backyard with an inground pool, BBQ grill, outdoor lounge chairs and enclosed lanai. Indoors, the house has all amenities needed for a perfect getaway - washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, 2 full baths, 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 2 twin beds) and a sofa bed - sleeping up to 8 people comfortably.

Our cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath non-smoking home is a beautiful, newly renovated sprawling ranch nestled in the quiet community of Deep Forest in Port Orange. The home can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. This is perfect location for your Florida getaway! There are dozens of incredible restaurants within minutes, not to mention multiple beaches, local events, shopping and fun things to do for the whole family. Being so close to the Speedway and Downtown Daytona makes our home convenient for all of the amazing events happening all year long in Daytona Beach.
The driveway will fit 2 vehicles comfortably and there is street parking for any extra vehicles if needed. There are two living room spaces with comfy couches and Roku Smart TV's with Netflix. The fireplace room has a pull-out queen mattress couch bed. The large eat-in kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook a meal if desired. The dining table seats six and there are four counter stools. We also have a Ninja coffee maker (coffee and supplies are included), toaster oven, microwave and dishwasher. Bonus is a large laundry room with a new front-loading washer/dryer - laundry detergent and fabric softener included, no need to bring with you!
There are 3 bedrooms - the master has a queen bed, Roku TV and on-suite bathroom with a large, gorgeous tile shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a desk in case you feel the need to work - let's hope you don't have to! The third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have large closets with plenty of space for your belongings, and extra blankets and linens are provided. The guest bathroom in the hallway has a full-size soaking bathtub and shower.
Let's move outside to the backyard tropical oasis! Starting with the enclosed lanai with a seating area, then to the backyard where you can enjoy a meal on an outdoor table with 8 chairs and umbrella, a BBQ grill, and of course, the beautiful in-ground pool! The pool has string lights running across for night swimming or just for a beautiful pool view. There are 3 lounge chairs if you want to relax and catch some sun, as well as pool floats. Please note that the pool is NOT heated.
