Beautifully renovated luxurious spacious mountain home, great location, close to Yampa Trail and ski resort, free city bus 1 block walk. This home was just renovated in the summer and fall of 2025. The townhome is finally ready for the winter ski season of 2025-2026.
3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, Sleeps a total of 6. Please note NO PETS. NO EXCEPTIONS. This home is not animal friendly.
This large spacious beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath home (2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and 3rd with direct access to bathroom). This townhome is the perfect location for your next family getaway in a quiet neighborhood close to Steamboat Mountain Resort. Tucked away from the busy mountain base area, this 2 story home includes over 1,680 square feet of living space. It is one of the largest units in the complex. The living room has river rock gas fireplace with beautiful vaulted ceilings and oversized windows allow for wonderful views of the mountain and the rooms filled with light. From living area step out onto the balcony to wine and dine at the outdoor dining set, all while enjoying the mountain views.
The fully equipped brand new kitchen features a counter bar, all of the necessary cookware, updated stainless steel appliances and a rustic table with seating for 8 seats and seating for 4 at the kitchen island. We have a booster chair and mat for a toddler and toddler dinner wear. For our coffee lovers we have a Latte to go machine. Make your favorite coffee drinks or expresso instantly. If you enjoy a regular pot of coffee, we got you covered too.
A beautiful hot tub that seats 6 off of the primary bedroom that faces the middle of the complex. This home in one of the few having vaulted ceilings on upper floor. The home has on interior and exterior large, gorgeous hand peeled logs.
The home has a full size washer and dryer, 4 smart flat screen TVs, free password protected high speed WiFi, central heating baseboard and radiant floor heating on first floor.
The home has plush hotel grade carpet in primary bedroom and on stairs. Refinished white oak hardwood floors upstairs and new wood plank style luxurious porcelain tile downstairs.
Other amenities include a heated 2 car garage. A ski holder that holds up to 8 sets of skis in garage as well as a ski boot heater/forced air dryer for 4 pairs of boots or gloves. Also, we have snow sleds for the kiddos.
We offer starter stock of dishwasher soap, dish soap, kitchen sponge, kitchen wash cloth/towels, paper towels, kitchen trash bags, toilet paper, facial tissue, coffee, hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, trash bag liners and laundry pods in our home for your use.
Keyless Lock: This home is equipped with a Smart Lock, allowing easy, secure access to your property at check-in and throughout your stay. There's no need to check in at a separate location!
Ring Doorbell: This townhome has a Ring video doorbell on the front door (1st floor on exterior wall pointed toward road) and on rear service door (1st floor exterior wall pointed at driveway) and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these two public areas of the property. -No Pets. This home is not animal friendly.
- A pet will result in immediate eviction with no refund. As well as a $1000 charge if evidence of pets per day are found at property. HOA boards members live on site and this is an iron clad rule.
-If Ring exterior video cameras are obstructed, covered or tampered with. This will result in immediate eviction and no refund on entire reservation.
-Although we love animals, pets are not allowed in our home. We do not even bring our own very well behaved hypoallergenic dog to this home. He is boarded when we come to visit to always maintain this home as an animal free home.
-Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am - violations of the noise rule can result in termination of stay. Please do not use the hot tub during these hours. --Please keep TV and/or music at a low volume during the quite hours.
-No music played outside at anytime.
-No smoking or vaping. If any evidence of smoking is detected a $1000 charge will incur.
-Must be 25 Years of Age to place rental
-No events, parties or large gatherings
-This property does not accept sport teams and/or players as guests. If you are visiting as a team for a tournament or event, please select another property.
-This townhome will be rented to RESPONSIBLE GROUPS aged 25 AND OVER or FAMILIES only. We trust our home with families and groups of responsible adults only. NO HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE GROUPS ARE PERMITTED, REGARDLESS OF AGE. Any group misrepresenting themselves will be DENIED OCCUPANCY and/or EVICTED, and NO REFUND of rents will be made. Any group whose behavior creates a disruption or interferes with their neighbor’s peaceful enjoyment of their property will not be allowed to stay and no refund of rents will be made.

A/C: We do not have air conditioning in our home. Most homes in Steamboat do not include A/C because it is rarely needed. With our alpine climate, it cools off at night even on the hottest of days. Just open the windows and turn on the ceiling fans. They are additional fans if ever needed in the bedroom closets on the first floor.
Our home is thoroughly cleaned after every reservation, and all fresh linens and towels are provided. We do not provide daily housekeeping services during your stay. If you are staying over 14 days and additional cleaning charge and cleaning will be required.
This home has one bathtub (bottom floor). The other two bathrooms have luxurious walk in showers only.
