This newly renovated warm and lovely 2 bedroom with 1 washroom cottage has been recently renovated and updated. This place offers couples and/or families with children: large windows throughout, new pot lights (dimmable) open concept kitchen and living room, newly renovated washroom and bedrooms. Also recently added is a 75 inch Smart TV to watch movies or for gaming. Also included is high speed internet and Netflix and other apps on the TV. Tastefully decorated to make you feel at home away from home. Furnished with new beds, new sectional sofa bed couch, new stainless steel kitchen appliances, new electric fireplace and new kitchenware with access to new cutlery and plates, glasses and wine glasses as well with a new dishwasher. Parking for 4-5 cars approx.
You are literally walking distance from the lake for public access. It is literally across the street. You have several options to points of entrance to the lake from this cottage. Driving distance to the Innisfil Beach Park is approx. 6 mins or 3 kms. Or 2.5 km from Innisfil Beach Road where you'll find grocery stores, LCBO, fast food restaurants, Tim Horton, Dominos, Subway, Wild Wings and many more.
The Space: This lovely 2 Bedroom Suite has two large Bedroom. First Bedroom has one new Double Bed, 1 cabinet for clothes and a mirror. 2nd Bedroom is the master bedroom with a wardrobe closet with hangers available also has one new Queen size bed and a dresser. The living room has a sectional sofa equipped with new comfortable sectional sofa bed. An electric fireplace with remote and temperature adjustable.
Fully equipped modern eat in Kitchen with kitchen utensils, cutlery, (2) pots and (4) newer pans, a microwave, 4 slice toaster, coffee maker.
1 full washroom with glass standup shower. Lastly, a huge backyard, fenced in for children to play, with a front deck with a dual bbq (propane) to suit the cooks' needs. Propane tank is full and ready!!
(Note: if you prefer charcoal please bring your own).
Refreshments and freezes for adults and/or kids are complimentary for guests already provided in refrigerator! Have a weekend get together with your family and friends or a quiet romantic time away.
Lastly, a front deck and a newly built back deck are newly decorated and furnished for your to use.

Summary: It was amazing to rent Walter's property. He was always pleasant and responded really fast. The place was really clean and tidy as described and he was always able to accommodate our requests. Highly recommended!!

Summary: Stayed for 2 weeks with two children. The house is fully equipped with everything needed. A private beach is available 100 meter away, Alcona is a great area. The owner Walter was happy to assist with everything that we needed. We had a great time, and would love to come back!

Summary: We had a lovely stay at Walter’s cottage. It had a sandy quaint beach, beautiful star-gazing location, nice spot for a campfire and sweet entertainment system. Everything you could need was there or nearby and a great bbq as well. Highly recommended.

Summary: Hats off to the host of this property - Walter! He made sure that EVERYTHING was perfect for our 1 week vacation, starting from initial communication, additional photos, numerous emails with details about the beach and the surrounding area to the followup email making sure we are enjoying our stay. The place is very clean, has everything you need for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). Very nice patio on both front and back of the house. The BBQ is amazing as it is a dual mode with Gas or Charcoal sides available. The beach is close by, 2 minutes walking distance, and you have an option of public or private/gated beach with lots of chairs, kids playground, and sand toys. Walter was also very kind in letting us use his floats: one HUGE float and two medium, doughnut style ones. Overall, I must say, I was impressed how well everything is organized, clean, with hotel/code style preparation ready for guest to enjoy their vacation. Thank you, Walter and we will be definitely coming back to this place!

Summary: The cottage is clean and comfortable and has everything you need. It has a fenced backyard which was great for the dogs. The location is convenient, only a short drive to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, etc. Walter responded very quickly to any requests. I would rent this place again.

Summary: The cottage is spacious, clean and modern. It has a very large back yard and a lovely front deck with enough chairs. Walter was an excellent host who responded quickly and efficiently to any requests we had. We really enjoyed our week at this cottage!

Summary: Very clean cottage. Stayed here with 2 girlfriends when we attended a concert at Burl’s Creek, and we were comfortable. It was very quiet and just a short drive to town which has all the amenities we needed. Beautiful backyard which we didn’t get to enjoy as it was wet from the rain. Walking distance to a beautiful lake. Walter was a pleasure to deal with and was responsive. Would definitely stay here again should I go back to this area.
