Summary: The property was very nice. Perfect location to walk to restaurants. All space in the cottage was utilized very well. The porch was my favorite spot to relax.

Summary: This little creekside cottage was absolutely charming. The fact that his pet friendly adds to the feeling of being at home for me. It was perfectly located to everything you may need in Waynesville but you have the feeling of seclusion. Would definitely recommend a stay. The host was wonderful to chat with and very accommodating. Will definitely check availability on next trip to Waynesville

Summary: We enjoyed screened porch. Bed seemed small. But very convienent. Was traffic noise and sirens frequently but no complaints about cabin itself. Dishwasher would be nice but not essential for a short stay. Greeting basket was a nice touch.

Summary: The house is small but has what you need. It is perfectly pet friendly. We loved the front and back porch! The good - the porches were super cool for lounging. The pet run was nice and close to the porch and the back yard sitting area. Loved the string lights!! Improvements - we got in earlier than expected and the property manager was still there cleaning. He was very nice and friendly. Although I told him not to worry about mopping, the baseboards were covered with hair and dust. The yard had just been mowed and must have been pretty tall because the grass clippings were thick and caked to my shoes when walking the dog. Overall we were pleased with our stay
