Enjoy country living at its finest in our newly renovated three bedroom two bathroom farmhouse. Just twenty three miles from Purdue and located right off of interstate 65 between Chicago and Indianapolis.
The home features an open concept kitchen, dining and living room. The large open space with vaulted ceilings leads out onto a large deck with built in seating that’s perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.
The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, dresser and an attached three quarter bath. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom features a queen size bed as well as a vanity and mirror for getting ready. A Jack and Jill bath leads into the third bedroom that has a full size.
The house sits on a four acre yard adjacent to a working cattle farm. You may see cows from time to time. We will need to have access to the driveway to feed the cattle on a daily basis.

Summary: Our family of four was in town to see our daughter at Purdue. We loved the quiet stay in the country and it was a short drive to everything we needed to do. The house was clean and comfortable and we would stay again - communication was quick and helpful.

Summary: I cannot say enough great things about this place! Very quickly after booking, the host reached out to welcome and get to know us. She made sure to let us know she was available if we needed anything during our stay. I stayed with my husband, my two toddlers, and my in-laws. We all fell in love with the property and had such a nice weekend while we were in town for a wedding. The thoughtful touches were so nice and we had so much space for the kids to play. There were even some games (indoor and outdoor!) to keep the kids entertained. I am so glad I lucked into finding this place! Thanks, Valerie!

Summary: Cute updated house that was perfect for us to spend a weekend visiting our Boilermaker and taking in a game. 1/2 hour drive to campus and then we could go back to the house and relax and make our own meals. Great place!!

Summary: We enjoyed staying in the farmhouse while in IN for a baby shower. The porches were a lovely place for morning coffee and the spacious living room allowed us all to be in one place to visit.

Summary: The house and property are spacious, lovely and spotless. We arrived at night, and the barn was lit up, so beautiful. The mornings were so peaceful and inviting with the cornfields. We were very happy with the cleanliness and comfort of the home. Valerie really goes all out for her guests to enjoy their stay! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home. We plan on coming back!

Summary: Very quite. The deck was perfect for sitting outside. The hostess responded immediately to all questions and left a lot of things at the house to make our stay comfortable. It was about 20 minutes from restaurant that were all excellent. We would rent the place again.

Summary: The owner was very responsive and helpful. The property was perfect for us to meet and allow our boys to play freely outside. The owner had just about everything we could need. Very peaceful place to stay just not close to anything if you need to go to the store. We really enjoyed watching the cows graze closer to the farmhouse at night and sitting on the rocking chair on the front of the property while our kids played outside.
