Summary: A 1st level cozy getaway close to the slopes. The heating system was great! The washer and dryer came in handy. We brought our two dogs. I recommend this property to anyone.

Summary: My parents live nearby and also I had a tournament at Springville CC. Perfect location and also extremely comfortable place. Being able to make campfires in the back of the property was such a nice touch. No complaints at all about the place other than the upstairs tenants pacing around at 6am every day, but that wasn't too big of a deal. This was one of our best couples get aways that we've had in a while whilst visiting family. Thanks so much!

Summary: We were hesitant about our stay after we read a review from earlier this spring that mentioned noise from an upstairs apartment. We did not have the same experience. While we could hear some footsteps, we did not have any negative experiences with noise. The house was in a perfect location for us and we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: It was pretty with complimentary items included. Only complaint is that it was hard to sleep w how thin the walls were you can hear people upstairs during the night and very early going up and down stairs.

Summary: We have two little Yorkies that are timid and nervous around hotel crowds, so it was fantastic to stay in a larger, more rural unit than you can find at Holiday Valley. Loved it here so much we are already talking about booking for next winter! The pups had a blast at the Griffis Sculpture Park and we even ventured as far as Fort Niagara on Lake Ontario and made it back for the night lights on Niagara Falls… without having to stay overnight in the noisy city. The unit is large, clean and very comfortable. We will be back!

Summary: This newly remodeled space was perfect for our long weekend. We enjoyed exploring the area and skiing. This rental was very clean. The kitchen and living area are large with comfortable furniture. The bathroom is also large. We enjoyed our stay very much.
