Walk to everything! Super close to restaurants, bars, parks and shops! Freshly renovated and located just one block off Hawthorne, this spacious and bright one-bedroom basement apartment is the perfect spot to relax after a day of hiking, biking or shopping. Smart TV in both the living room and bedroom as well as an ample selection of board games. Couch pulls out into a futon for extra guests. Fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom with a tub. Laundry is shared w/ main house.
**Please note that this property is shared with a tenant residing onsite in upstairs main home.
The apartment is located in the basement of a gorgeous 1920's classic Portland home. Please do not disturb the main house tenants. Some noise from the main level can be heard in the basement (footsteps, toilet flushing). There is also construction happening next door and on Hawthorne. Some noise can be heard between the hours of 7am and 5pm.
No parking is available on the property. Street parking is available in the neighborhood. Parking on Hawthorne is available. Please pay attention to the posted signs.
Basement has it's own entrance. The laundry room space is shared with main house tenants. There may be a chance of seeing them when you arrive.
