Summary: We came as two families to stay near the city for a concert. The house was comfortable, and suited our needs. Could use to be cleaned better. We had to wipe out the fridge and freezer before we put our things inside. There was also an ant issue in the kitchen. The a/c was not working in the master bedroom, which we were only informed about as we were on our way to our trip. All in all, the house fit our needs. The kitchen needs a few more pans to cook with, some tongs, a pizza cutter. Just some suggestions to make it more convenient of a stay.

Summary: Overall I was very happy with my experience staying here. I was a little surprised by a few things when we arrived, but everything ended up working out very well! Temperature control was a little difficult using the individual room units, but the host was very communicative and I had all of the information I needed to make our stay a success. We did have a brief problem where some sugar ants started attempting to come into the living room, despite there not having been any spills or food left out. Thankfully we were able to quickly deal with that.

Summary: This is a super cute place. The host was extremely polite and responsive. Our only real issue with the place was that one of the people in our party is not very physically abled and had a difficult time with the bathrooms and stairs. I feel this would be an issue with any house in the area as the houses seem to be built upwards and don’t have large bathrooms. My father who’s 74 is on the larger side and has difficulties walking. But of all the locations we looked at this had the best floor plan. I did give this place a 4/5 because of an issue where it appeared the cleaning company did not sufficiently do their job. Bed linens were clean but the place was not well vacuumed. When I made the host aware they were extremely apologetic and responsive. It honestly was not a big deal to us as we just took the vacuum provided out and vacuumed ourselves. If we ever come back to the area we would stay here again. We stayed 2 nights and it had everything needed to cook breakfast, and have a luncheon with other family members not staying with us.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this property. The house is nicely updated with modern amenities. The owner was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was exactly as described with comfortable sleeping accommodations for our group of 6 adults. It is conveniently located 15 minutes from UC campus which allowed for great access for UC Parent's Weekend.

Summary: The house was perfect for our needs, we were actually out almost the entire time, except to sleep. Owner was very responsive when I had trouble adjusting the AC temperatures in each room. I just wish I had known the house overlooked the highway.

Summary: We loved this house! We had five adults and four teens, and everyone really had a great time. We only had beds for 8 people, but we had brought an inflatable mattress, so it worked out. Highly recommend!
