Relax and enjoy this newly renovated home located just minutes from Lake Erie! Enjoy a variety of dining and attractions within the city and surrounding areas. Rent a boat, kayak, stand-up paddleboard or just enjoy the beach at Lakeview Park. Visit the Harbor Lighthouse, listen to a concert at Black River Landing or take a short 40 min. drive to the tallest coasters at Cedar Point. Only 35 min. to Downtown Cleveland, home to great restaurants, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Sports Stadiums.
The living room has a couch and loveseat, 55" smart TV, Roku streaming stick with remote and electric fireplace with remote. Streaming services are available with guest's own accounts.
This house has 3 bedrooms with 1-king, 1-queen and 1-XL twin bed. The main bedroom has a 42" smart TV. The main bathroom has a shower/tub combo with soap, shampoo and body wash provided. There is an additional 1/2 bathroom located in the basement.
The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave. All pots, pans and cooking utensils are provided. There's also a single brew keurig/coffee maker with coffee, decaf and tea pods.
We also have a full-size washer and dryer located in the basement.
Guests will have access to the entire house. The driveway can accommodate several vehicles.
Check in instructions, address, WiFi password and WiFi smart lock (to enter the front door) will be sent prior to guest arrival. Check out instructions will be sent prior to guest departure.
This house is secured by a security system and has one ring camera on the front porch pointing to the front yard and one camera facing the garage. There are no cameras inside the house. We respect our guest's privacy when they stay at our house.

Summary: Family and I had an amazing time very cute perfect little place to stay highly recommended to anyone who was traveling and looking for a quick place to stay for a weekend or a week for that matter. Quick responses and very easy to deal with. One suggestion would be to leave a book so the people could write about their experiences and it would create memories of the house. Summary: Wonderful house just as it is shown in all the pictures. Fit my family of five quite comfortably (beds are fantastic too!) Bring a white noise machine as the street traffic was more than we expected.

Summary: The owner was so kind and helpful. We came into town for my father's funeral. He got us in a couple of hours early so we could get to the wake early. He was quick to respond and everything he stated in his listing was accurate. It is an older home that was completely renovated. It is clean and simple. The only thing missing (in my opinion) is a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. And, the contractor neglected to measure properly, as you cannot open the oven all the way without kitting the island. LOL Minor detail, but the rest was just perfect. We traveled with 5 people and this was absolutely what we needed. We will be back when we come back to Lorain. Thank you for your hospitality!
