Welcome to your home away from home! Our fully renovated duplex gives our guests easy access to anywhere in the Twin Cities- just an 8 min walk to the nearest light rail station. From there, you are a ride away from any of the stadiums and fields, or the Mall of America.

About our place:
Our rental is on the ground floor of a turn of the century duplex. It comfortably sleeps 5, with 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom. One of the rooms can double as an office.
The open concept kitchen and dining area is beautifully designed with new stainless steel appliances and a large quartz countertop. There is plenty of seating to fit all your needs.
The cozy living room is spacious enough for the whole family, whether you are enjoying a fun movie night, or just debriefing throughout the day. It also includes a fully stocked coffee/tea cart.
The laundry room is located in the basement of the property.
The safety and comfort of our guests is our main priority. Our property includes 2 security cameras, both in the front and back. There is also a keypad lock where the code is changed every booking to ensure privacy and security.
*Pets*
We do allow pets! If you would like to bring a pet, please add the number of pets you will be bringing at checkout. We have a $75 pet fee for the total of your stay. The fee is not charged unless you have selected that you are bringing a pet. We provide water and food bowls, as well as doggy bags for easy clean up.
*Events*
Parties and large gatherings are not allowed. Please be gentle with the property and mindful of noise that may disturb the neighbors. We do have a $150 noise complaint charge.

Summary: My team of 5 males used this property for a business trip. We played games and had a great time! Everything was as communcated in link. We simply had certain times at night and morning for people to take showers and had to communicate and break it up since there was only 1 bathroom. Other than that, was a great time and would use this property again!

Summary: We came from Chicago, IL area and it was a wondeful stay 3 night stay. It felt clean like a hotel and home at the same time. If your planning to cook a few meals as we did, bring or buy a pan as the one at the location was not non stick. Also, 2 rooms share a door so if you have loud kids like we do, make sure to leave the louder kids in the room further away from the livingroom area. Plenty of restaurants and stores near by. Delivery options were also great. We visited a few tourist attractions and finding our way around was easy. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Summary: 3 family members traveled from Mississippi and DC to help enroll a freshman into a St. Paul University. The property was 5 minutes from the campus, and accommodated beautifully the three adults staying at the house. Bathroom was clean and well-appointed, living and sleeping areas were spacious and welcoming; and the neighborhood was walkable to coffee shops and food. I would book this again when returning to visit St. Paul/Minneapolis.

Summary: The property was not ready the day of the booking, were accommodating, and received half refund, the refund is not a concern and I appreciate her rushing to let me in. However, I was late to my reservation and was allowed to bring pets, had to leave them at home due to this and also at the same time my car broke down. A friend who we invited to the event, but not staying the night helped us out. We offered to let him stay longer for his help. By this time we decided not to stay the night due to leaving pets at home. We also had uninvited guests let into the home (by the invited guests) while me and my partner left to get my car off the street. While I was out I received message stating that we had too many guests and to watch noise levels. Unfortunately Of all things I forgot my charger and was at 3%. I was called and messaged so many times that my phone died. I would have called or messaged her back, but was afraid of my phone dying while communicating. When I got back there was no music playing and everyone was inside the home, no one had a charger. By her request, Everyone who was not a part of the original arrangement was out by midnight as I could no longer contact the host and I was already cleaning and packing up. She came a little after 12 and asked us to leave, even though the home was dead quiet and would not take an explanation from me, that was alright as we had already decided not to stay. I am not leaving this review to call anyone out as there were many factors out of both of our control. But I do wish we could’ve talked things over better when the host arrived and come to a conclusion.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay with only a couple disappointments, no wash clothes or dish towels. Home is set up with beds for 2 adults and children. Bunk beds not that comfortable for adults. Home is very spacious and clean with quality furnishings.
