Positive: Host was easy to get in touch with. Street parking was no problem. House looked beautiful, as described. Kitchen was well-stocked, as described. No problems with the neighborhood. This place fit our family nicely (5 adults, 2 young children).
Negative: Floors were not clean when we arrived (socks & soles of feet getting dark from dirt on hard floors and carpet; my sister found a whole handful of nerds candy on the carpet in the loft). My wife found a bloody tissue left in the toilet. We were worried the rest of the house was sloppily cleaned as well. Contacted the host, and he blamed all of this on his cleaner, hardly apologizing. There was also no place to hang dress clothes or coats, which we found quite odd.
Summary: Nice home in Cincinnati, just wish it was kept cleaner.

Negative: We had no hot water for 3 days. While the property manager did get someone in the to evaluate the problem we were not given any details on a plan to fix. We had to take cold showers, including my 79 year old mother. Property has been renovated but quality of the work is a bit questionable. Toilets rocked, some of the outlets didn’t work.
Summary: Good location, but not ready for prime time.

Positive: I liked how the host Daruis checked in on us while we were there to see if we needed anything and if everything was OK. He also sent us a list with restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner. Very thoughtful and helpful.

Positive: This property was beautiful and so comfortable. It was very clean. Looked exactly like the pictures! The host was very nice and friendly he checked in each day and asked if we needed anything. He was very attentive. Anytime we had a question he was quick with a response. Very spacious.
