Summary: This house is so well done. Completely remodeled with everything you need. 3 beds each with their own bath. A dock to swim off of and a golf cart to use for an extra charge. Would stay again and recommend.

Summary: It was a fabulous place to stay. Small house on the outside but can sleep 10 comfortably. The kitchen and living area is stunning with incredible views.

Summary: It was a beautiful property and great location. But this owner is new to the rental business and needs to understand that there will be basic wear and tear when groups at at your house. I have tried to be accommodating to this man offering help to dry cleaners and deck cleaners (the deck is not sealed and a drink was spilled on it which left a mark), I’ve been over accommodating fielding angry phone calls, paying extra for cleaning and laundry and he is still trying to get more money out of me which is absurd. Especially given the ridiculous amount I paid to rent this place. He expects the renter to do everything like picking up and delivering dry cleaning so he doesn’t have to. So not worth it! I would not rent from this guy ever again. Extortion and harassment!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and all updates are well thought out. Owner was wonderful with our questions, as we were the very first to rent the property since renovations were made.
