Summary: House exactly stated on site, updated, clean. Owner very nice and responive. This location was close to activites especially in Newport. I would recommend this house and will definately return in the future.

Summary: Steve was a perfect host. The house was tastefully decorated. Lots of extra touches and the back deck was inviting. The house was close to everything and Bristol was charming. You can't go wrong with house.

Summary: We had a great stay at this impeccably clean and well-outfitted home, in a nice residential neighborhood close to downtown Bristol. It also worked great for the toddler and infant in our group. All necessary information was provided. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The backyard, although we didn't use it, was very nice. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Summary: This rental exceeded our expectations. Steve was great to work with and very responsive. He provided all the nicest touches and his home is beautiful and well decorated. Comfy beds. Keurig coffee machine. All the necessities to cook a meal. We look forward to staying again on our next visit to bristol.

Summary: We spent several weeks at this property, and it was great! It had everything we needed, was clean, and super convenient to Bristol. The home owner was very nice, and responsive to any questions. Would definitely recommend this quiet, spacious house!

Summary: I enjoyed my stay at this property, it was everything I was hoping for. Steve was a delight to work with, couldn't have asked for more. I had a girls get together with my high school friends and we had a blast catching up. We were very comfortable in this house and I would rent again. Thank you Steve

Summary: Our host, Was very helpful in walking us thru VRBO stuff. Accomadations were spacious, clean, updated. Nice linens, ALL kitchen needs and wants were there. All appeared new. Location was ideal for tons of activities. Easy drive into Providence.

Summary: Steven was a pleasure to work with. He is very responsive and helpful. The property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a backyard patio. The house has been renovated recently and is very comfortable. Everything you need for your stay is provided. My son and his family arrived before my husband and I. After an early flight with an infant and a teenager it was wonderful that they were able to settle in for a nap without the hassle of checking in at a hotel. Steven had provided bottled water, fresh fruit and snacks. What a wonderful welcome! It was nice to be able to have the entire family together in such a cozy atmosphere where everyone could relax, have fun and enjoy each other’s company. You can’t go wrong staying here. Thank you again Steven.
