NEWLY RENOVATED FOR 2021!! -- We have just completed a renovation with new flooring, living room furniture, lighting, and appliances! This beautifully decorated two-story town home is directly on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Ideal for large families - sleeps 8 .
The Master bedroom has two queen size beds and a private balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the dolphins play.
The street side bedroom has two full size beds. Each bedroom has its own private bath.
Downstairs has a living room, dining area and a full kitchen with granite counter tops.
A full bath with shower is located downstairs with an alcove for the laundry room, complete with full size washer and dryer.
High Speed Internet is provided.
Both bedrooms and the living room have cable TV with HBO. A DVD player is provided in the living room.
Street side door is ground level with designated parking. When you walk into the unit you are simply blown away with the amazing view of the sand and the water. Walk thru the unit and step directly onto the beach and enjoy our beautiful white sand and breath taking sunsets.
Renter must be at least 25 years old to rent. We do not allow smoking or pets.

Summary: We loved everything about our stay at Pirate Cove! The condo had everything we needed to feel like home away from home. Plenty of space and very comfy beds & furniture. The absolute best part however, was the walk from the condo directly onto the powder sand beach. We loved being able to be so close to the water & just enjoying that beautiful view. Dale was very responsive to check in on us and see how we were doing. Will 100% return & are already looking forward to it!!

Summary: Absolutely lovely property! So clean! The beds and pillows were so comfortable and it had everything we needed! I loved that we were able to just step out the back door and walk onto the beach. Will definitely be booking here again!

Summary: Open your back door and walk to pure white sand and then the beach. Best place ever stayed at. We had a great time staying here. Property was exactly as advertise. Property manager was very nice and communicates good. We are planning on booking our next trip soon. Thank you Betty and team for letting us stay at your beautiful beach house.

Summary: We loved our week at the beach! This was our first time at this condo and location. The condo was nice and clean, had everything and more that we needed for the week. I wish the master bedroom had a king size bed but me and my hubby made do. The beach was not crowded at all and we loved being able to walk directly out our door and onto the beach. We will definitely be renting again.

Summary: My family comes to PCB at least twice a year and this property is one of our favorites. It is super clean and updated. The convenience of walking straight in the front door with all your bags cannot be overstated nor can walking right out the back door into the sand. Wonderful property.

Summary: Beautiful location with beach access right from the living room! The condo is nice and mostly renovated. The only complaint we had was whomever cleaned it missed a good bit of long hairs in the bathroom. Otherwise, no complaints. Would definitely stay again. It would be hard to beat the beautiful soft white sand, clear calm water, and gorgeous sunsets!
