Need a family vacation that takes you away from the crowded summer beaches? High Pointe Resort is located in SeaCrest - Rosemary beach area. One of the most convenient and popular locales, yet it is a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Unlike other Condos along this spectacular stretch of the Emerald Coast, The High Pointe Condo complex overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with an enormous 6,500 square foot lagoon pool with island waterfalls, hot tub, kiddie pool, kiddie playground, shuffleboard court, tennis and pickleball courts and Crabby Steve's Bar and Grill (SEASONAL March 1 - October 31) overlooking the Gulf where you can gather with your friends and enjoy a meal or have a drink while watching the beautiful sunsets. With the gigantic pool and large private beach, you won’t have to worry about feeling crowded like at other overpopulated high rise Condos. Our spacious condo is beautifully furnished in a modern setting and each of the three bedrooms has it's own private bathroom. There are two king beds, and two double beds. Each of the bedrooms has a 40" HDTV and Blu-ray player and in addition to the 65" HDTV and Blu-ray Player in the living room. You’ll enjoy the luxury of having a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for any kind of cooking and plenty of dishes and silverware. For the internet fan, there is free high speed wireless internet access. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking. The living room opens directly to the lagoon pool and it is a short stroll across the pool to the Gulf and is perfect for keeping an eye on kids and/or a quick, hassle-free dip in the pool or Gulf with the beach chairs, table and umbrella and two bicycles are INCLUDED in the rental rate (SEASONAL March 1 - October 31). There is shopping and dining right across the street from the resort and the quaint shops of Rosemary Beach are only a block away. Summary: We had to make last minute changes to our travel plans due to a hurricane, and I'm so glad we founds this place! Great location and amenities. We were able to walk to lots of things in & around Rosemary Beach. The shopping center across the street had lot of conveniences like coffee, restaurants, ice cream, a market and much more (including live music at night). The unit was well-equipped and couldn't beat the beach access. We also really enjoyed having a restaurant on site - we had several meals and happy hours there! It was our first time to this area and we would definitely come back! Communication with the owner was great - he provided a lot of info ahead of our arrival, and was helpful to work with on our last minute plans.

Summary: I have lost count of the number of times we have enjoyed this property and having Dwight as a host. The location is prime and we love High Pointe. The host is fantastic and always responsive. Sometimes that is rare with VRBO.

Summary: I stayed here with four of my girlfriends and we were blown away by the cleanliness of the property and the beautiful decor throughout the condo. The rooms were spacious and comfortable which we loved! The sectional in the living room was amazing for our movie night and beyond comfy. The location was even better than we expected and it was so nice to have so much within walking distance. We also loved being on the first floor and so close to the pool! The beach front access was also only a few steps further and the beach attendants were very accommodating! We were sad to leave & can’t wait to come back!

Summary: We loved this home and property for our family vacation! The location is amazing. We enjoyed the beach (so close!), the pool, Crabby Steve's, and proximity to shopping and dining. Summary: Convenient location to pool. Loved first floor access. Great area outside patio for small children to toddle. Beach and weather were fabulous. Had a group of 51 spread throughout complex, but met up frequently at pool and beach. Condo well furnished and kitchen well supplied. Fabulous trip. We’d come back.

Summary: This was a return trip to this unit. Our family of 6 loves the size and convenience of the ground floor condo. We used the bikes, chairs and umbrella that are included in the rental. The kitchen is well stocked and starter paper and cleaning goods were provided. Beds and linens are comfortable and towels are thick and fluffy. Our 8 year old grandchild loved the lazy river pool. His parents enjoyed the convenience of Crabby Steve’s. You could easily unpack your car and never get back in it until time to leave for home. Even the security folks at this complex are pleasant! We highly recommend this unit at High Pointe.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at High Pointe! This unit was exceptionally well located, very clean, and extremely comfortable. It’s literally steps to the pool gate - so convenient with kids. We’re already planning our return trip, and will definitely be looking to stay in this unit again!
