2 Bedroom Condo in Fernandina Beach

We are SO excited to make our little slice of paradise available for you to stay at!
You can't beat the 3 minute walk (some will take longer, depends on how fast you walk & how much stuff you are bringing with you) to the beach that this condo offers. Our 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom second floor consists of 1 king bed room, 1 queen bedroom, and 1 queen pullout sleeper sofa, and is newly updated from top to bottom - just about EVERYTHING in the unit is brand new and waiting for you to use it!
This condo is located in the beautiful Forest Ridge Village community.
Located very close to the community swimming pool, tennis courts, and child playground area, you will NOT be disappointed! There is also a community grilling, picnic table, and fire pit area that you can use.
Forgot to bring common items like beach equipment, towels, etc? No problem! We have supplied everything we could think of that you may need. Please note that the variety of what is available is subject to change based on re-stocking, time of year, availability, etc.
Bring your bicycles and you can park/lock them in the bike racks conveniently located right outside our building by the parking lot.
A checkout list will be emailed to you during your stay, and a copy can also be found in the unit - if you would like to review this list beforehand, just reach out and ask.

Fernandina Beach / Amelia Island has SO MUCH to offer, including mini golf, multiple 18-hole golf courses, historic areas to visit, more restaurants, bars, and shops than you will be able to visit in 1 trip, the cutest downtown you could ever imagine, and much, much more! Many of these amenities are within walking distance to our condo, and all are no more than a short drive away.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The complex was clean and really pretty. The condo was very comfortable and provided all your needs for a great stay and going to the beach! The beach access was only a short walk. The pool was spotless and refreshing. Highly recommend!

Summary: Many times the pictures paint an extra-rosy picture. Not so in this case, the house is exactly the way it looks in the pictures - clean, neat, comfortable. The kitchen is a nice size. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was perfectly sized for my husband and I, it was clean, the bed was very comfy, the kitchen was nice to work in and had everything we needed. Greg and Tiff are very responsive and lovely to work with! We will stay again if we get to this area next year.

Summary: The condo was in a great location. Met all our essential needs. One improvement would be to list the entire unit number. It was building K unit xxx6 (3 digits I don’t remember) correspondence indicated building K unit 6. Out of fairness I don’t think I over looked that on the paperwork but might have. This did not affect our great stay. We rent almost exclusively through VRBO. I have noticed that access to convenient electrical plugs particularly in bedrooms. My partner had several pieces of medically necessary equipment that made it not so convenient. Again not a mark against property at all. Had the property had a light weight extension cord say behind the dresser or couch would have been great. I also realize not every body has the same needs as us. Also possible the extension cords might be taken by accident. I have also learned that I need to carry a couple of these cord with. Again no mark against the property. I would rent again. I will also put some cords in my travel bag.
