Summary: We stayed here for a VT football weekend. Great house and the host was great! Had a 6 pack of beer for us in the fridge along with some snacks on the counter! Comfortable well-decorated house! Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The house was renovated inside, was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Rick had baskets of goodies in the kitchen and bathroom! The beds were comfy. The property was very close to I-81, and there was a nice grocery store with a Starbucks less than 5 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We loved staying here! We were visiting Radford for a baseball tournament and it was a perfect get-away. Communication was excellent and the property was clean. Check-in and check-out was simple. The beds were very soft and comfortable. The decor was pretty, and modern! Rick was a great host and super-responsive. We loved our basket of goodies in the bathroom and in the refrigerator, upon our arrival!! Will definitely stay here again!!

Summary: Six of us (adults) stayed here for our daughter’s VT graduation. We managed with one bathroom just fine. Bedrooms have mirrors near outlets for makeup and hair. Perfect spot for avoiding crowds in Blacksburg with easy drive to and from via backroads. House was clean, well stocked and homey feeling with unexpected extra touches like coffee, sample toiletries, hydration packs, etc. Owners were great to work with and left us a bottle of champagne for celebrating! 3 rating for neighborhood is simply because there’s a mix of homes, industry, etc. Even-so, it was quiet inside the house and we enjoyed using the back deck as well. Great house for football games or visiting your student at VT or Radford.

Summary: Perfect communication, great accommodations and all of the right decorating touches. Our only regret is that we didn’t find this place until our sons Radford University graduation. Would recommend this to any Radford University family coming to visit. Thanks again for the great stay!

Summary: My friends and I wanted a nice and cozy house to have people over for New Year’s Eve and this was the perfect house. Very clean and the beds are amazing! everything you need in this hour! Highly Recommend
