Positive: Location, clean, comfortable beds! Tea & sugar, & others bits and bobs provided which is always very helpful. 2 bathrooms and 3 full size beds is perfect for 3 travelling family members all adults.
Negative: Unfortunately it is a rather noisy area so if not used to traffic noise at night then may have a disturbed sleep, however we wanted this location as very close to attractions, restaurants and Niagara pick up through kings tours. So was worth the compromise for a couple of nights. Balcony door was not secure as did not lock.
Summary: Excellent base for a weekend visit!

Positive: Keyless entry but the email code was not sent until we called the host which made the whole thing confusing with all of the other emails/codes/pins
Negative: The kitchen was not well stocked: there are only 2mugs in a 3 bed unit

Negative: Not a dislike-but having to use the transponder for the parking garage and replace it in the unit on exit was a bit of a nuisance as someone had to run back up to the apartment to return it, then take the keys to the lockbox. And of course someone else had to find a place to wait in the car while this was occurring. Would be a challenge for someone travelling alone with children. But parking was otherwise very easy, affordable an DC garage felt quite safe.

Positive: The host Anthony was responsive and helpful when needed. The location is fantastic being right at the path, next to union and having everything you could possibly need at your finger tips. It was clean, comfortable, and was exactly as expected. The lockbox was tricky but Anthony was super helpful when we ran into a snag that was our own fault! Would 100% recommend and will stay again.
