The first floor condo offers all of the necessary comforts of home, including air conditioning, ceiling fans, in-unit laundry, and wireless internet access.

Kick back and relax with your loved ones around the 50-inch flat screen TV, complete with Roku and Netflix; you'll never run out of entertainment options in your downtime!

In addition to the full condo, you'll have access to the pool with lounge chairs and a Weber gas grill. The pool is professionally maintained and shared with the other two condos in our building. You will also have your private front patio with a table and chairs for dining or socializing. The condo comes with one driveway parking space.

After a relaxing afternoon of sailing or whale watching, return to land to explore nearby Commercial Street. Spend leisurely evenings strolling along the boardwalk, shopping at the many independent stores and art galleries or dining at one of the delicious waterfront restaurants, where you can bask in the panoramic bay views.
Further, relish in the nautical Ptown experience by visiting all the local favorites. Grab a bite to eat at Joe Coffee & Cafe, just around the corner from the condo.
Take a walk through history by visiting the nearby Pilgrim Monument - dedicated in 1910 to commemorate the first landing of the Pilgrims in 1620. From here, adventure down MacMillan Pier to the Whydah Pirate Shipwreck Museum, where you will touch and see 300-year-old pirate coins, Akan gold jewelry, rare navigation instruments, pirate pistols and more!
Don't forget your dancing shoes - Be sure to stop by the world famous Boatslip Resort, home to Provincetown's largest tea dance. Every afternoon, dance your heart out at this iconic gay and lesbian resort to some of the hottest DJs in dance music.

Summary: Our family of 2 adults, 2 teen/tweens, and 1 dog had a wonderful stay here! The owners provided thoughtful touches and ample information about the unit, and responded super quickly to our query about check-in. We appreciated the two comfortable bedrooms, as many places we’ve rented in Ptown in the past have only had one actual bedroom and a sleeper sofa. The pool is a great bonus, and the upstairs neighbors are very friendly. The unit is perfectly situated for strolling Commercial or Bradford. Thanks!

Summary: This was a great VRBO for my family (4 adults, 1 infant, and 1 dog). The place super close to downtown and the main streets, and was very clean and a well laid out home. Ptown is very dog friendly, and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay as a couple or as a family. Would stay there again. Amy was a great and very response host.

Summary: This is a gorgeous, well-appointed, perfectly situated condo, expertly managed by one of the friendliest, most responsive VRBO hosts you will ever find. You can’t beat this spot for placement. It is literally steps from the public beach, shops, and restaurants. The condo is new, bright, beautifully furnished and decorated, with 2 ample sized bedrooms and a bath, and a full, U-shaped kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. Everything is just as presented online, if not even better, really. The place was certainly bigger than I expected. I think the way it’s so efficiently laid out just makes the property seem more spacious. Plunge pool (which we did not use) and small picket-fenced patio with Adirondack chairs (which we did use, daily) are a bonus. We brought our mini schnauzer with us so we were delighted to have a little space where she could enjoy being outside, and we humans enjoyed joining her, reading in the Adirondacks while she watched the world go by down Atlantic Street. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs. It does not get better than this. We will be back!

Summary: Comfortable home in the perfect location just steps from commercial and boat slip. The home was clean and the neighbors were friendly. The pool was a great way to cool after a long day walking town or recouping from the sun on the beach. The front porch was a super fun way to enjoy the morning and people watch. Fortunately, the weather was perfect except for one day. There were 2 umbrellas for our use. My only constructive criticism was that the amenities were simplistic. There we no toiletries other than hand soap. Additionally, there was only 1/2 roll of TP in the home for 4 people for a week. We did make a call and email to the cleaning crew with no response. Again, these are minor inconveniences that a quick trip to the store fixed. We would definitely stay again!
