If you're looking for the Newport Beach experience, look no further!!! My place is across the street from one of Newport's best surfing beaches and close to great views, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of beach, neighborhood, and relaxing, carefree lifestyle. My place is great for families, kids, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and anyone who wants to live the beach life.
My 3bdrm/2bath is newly remodeled with tile floors, new bathrooms, rebuilt kitchen with granite counter tops, recessed lighting, large front furnished patio with BBQ grill, and free washer and dryer facilities on site.
The house is located on the northern part of the Newport Beach peninsula (right by the intersection of orange and PCH). The unique location is home to two (2) of Newport Beach's most famous surf spots (56th st. and the river mouth), several classic restaurants and beach stores, kayaking in the back bay, and offers a more quite and relaxed version of Newport Beach living, while still being within close proximity to all of the action of the southern part of the peninsula.
The unique location allows one to get a great night's sleep, find parking with ease, enjoy the beach, walk or ride a bike to all of the Newport Beach night life, and is within close proximity to both the 405 and 55 freeways for those who work or travel outside of Newport Beach. The neighborhood is also perfect for families with children, as there are many parks and playgrounds within a few blocks walk.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was unbeatable—just steps from the ocean, which made for the perfect getaway. The house had everything we needed, was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone. Parking was super convenient, which made things even easier. We truly enjoyed every moment and wouldn’t change a thing. We’ll definitely be back and would gladly stay here again!

Summary: The property was nice and clean. The location was not bad but the parking was difficult. It would have been easier is we could use the garage to park. The walk to the beach was really easy no complaints. It was also really close to Main Street in HB so plenty of things to do and eat. The neighbors were really nice and welcoming. It was great there was a BBQ on the patio as well we enjoyed that.

Summary: Good location , nice place, the only downside to this property is the parking situation, especially on Mondays and Tuesdays when the sweeper comes by. It is close to the beach but there’s like a highway you have to cross to get there. Overall we had a great stay for the price

Summary: I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beachside Vrbo. The location couldn't have been more perfect, just steps from the sand.
