Positive: Lovely location facing the beach (maybe 50m or so from the sea itself). The manager Aayush was very helpful and him and his team fixed a problem with my door within an hour or so of me reporting it. Generally the team were very attentive and helpful. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious and functional. Overall great value for money. The location of the room - right on the sand, right in the middle of Palolem beach - could not have been better.

Negative: Could have used a kettle, tea and coffee making facilities and a personal refrigerator.

Positive: Location was front-line beach paradise. Our balcony was on the beach . Staff were wonderful. We hope the owner(s) appreciate what an asset Aayush as Manager along with Nimai and his staff are and what they add to the business and therefore the visitors holiday experience. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Although the rooms are very basic they are perfectly adequate for a few nights stay. They had both air conditioning and a ceiling fan. A bit of TLC along with some investment could turn them into amazing apartments to stay in rather then just a 'beach shack'. Having said all that we had a wonderful short stay and would return - even as they are now !

Negative: The biggest disappointment was that there was no hot water in the bathroom sink although there was ample washing facilities via an electric shower. A simple addition of a mirror in the bedroom would make a huge difference as currently there's only one mirror and that's in the bathroom.

Positive: Amazing location, clean rooms and Deepak and Aish (hope I got the names right) are always available for anything you ask 🙏🏽 with a big smile! Excellent restaurant next door with room service

Negative: Water in the shower is not that hot But that's a minor thing for me

Summary: I m definitely going to comeback with my kids
