Feel welcomed in our wonderfully designed, new construction home with a fun refreshed style close to everything. 7 minutes to the Idaho center, 9 minutes to downtown Nampa and very close to grocery/liquor stores, shopping, hospitals, and lots of entertainment. You will truly feel at your home away from home!!

This rental has enough room for the family to spread out with 1900 sq/feet of comfortable living space.
Living Room: Relax on the comfortable couch furnished with a beautiful smart 4K 55" TV equipped with built-in Roku so you can ensure that you are caught on all of your favorite movies and TV shows.
Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, coffee station (coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar), full spice rack, knives, dishwasher, and all the appliances you will need to enjoy your vacation. Please note there is no access to the kitchen pantry. However, there are empty cabinets to store food!
Laundry Room: There is a washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets available for your convenience.
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom w/ ensuite has an inviting, relaxing King-sized bed. For your convenience, there is also a large 4K Roku TV for all your streaming needs.
Bedroom 2: The second guest bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed with 32' Smart TV.
Bedroom 3: The third guest bedroom has a double bunk bed to make sure everyone has a place to sleep with 32' Smart TV.
Bedroom 4: The fourth guest bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed and trendy boho design with 32' Smart TV.
Bathrooms: Each bathroom has a full shower, is fully stocked with salon-grade shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Dark make-up washcloths are present for your convenience. The guest bathroom as a shower/tub combo.
WiFi: Very fast 200 Mbps High-Speed WiFi available throughout.
Backyard: Relax under the sun, or watch the kids run around the fenced large, open backyard. There is also a large common area behind the house that anyone is welcome to use!
Parking: There is plenty of parking available. Two cars may fit in the garage and there is also street parking available in front of the house.

You will have access to the entire home. I live a short 20 minutes away so if anything is to come up guests can call anytime.
Nampa has so much to offer. This up and coming residential area of Nampa is quiet, yet close to almost everything you could want/need. Down the street, you will find some of your favorite places to shop such as Target, bed bath and beyond, JC Penny, Costco and so much more. You are only a quick 20 minutes to the Boise Airport, 10 minutes to the Nampa Airport, and 10 minutes to downtown Nampa.
The best and easiest form of transportation is with a rideshare app such as Uber or Lyft. Feel free to park your car in the garage and/or driveway as well!

Summary: We had the best time here, the owner was amazing with communication, we had arrived and unfortunately didn’t have much for pots and pans, but he had them delivered same day for us. The house was extremely clean, the kitchen was amazing to work with, water pressure in showers was just great, we enjoyed the backyard also, but wished we had a bbq. Definitely will book again in the future and thank you Bryce for just a stellar stay!

Summary: We had a quick stay in Nampa for a family reunion. Loved this clean & clutter free house. Had plenty of room for our family to have privacy and loved TVs in every room. Nice kitchen/living room space. Beautiful sunsets from the backyard. Bryce was awesome and quickly responded to any questions. The neighbors were very friendly as well. Not a lot of large cooking pot and pan options, but we had family bring over some of the items we needed.

Summary: This was so great. It was a nice place. Me and my children, grandchildren spent a lot of quality time together. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The home felt safe and secure. I would highly recommend this home and the owner. They were really accessible and replied almost instantly.
