Summary: We loved staying at this duplex in Ishpeming! It had so many "extra" unexpected features such as a small, enclosed front porch with seats for taking off dirty shoes, or getting your stuff organized for the day. The duplex was roomier than the pictures showed, was well decorated, & had many "homeyy" touches. There was a super laundry room with new appliances, & also an extra toilet & nice shower, which were not mentioned in the description. The kitchen was well stocked & had everything we needed. We noticed there was a "for sale" sign out front, so hope the new owners don't change a thing! Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Everything was perfect from the communication with owner, cleanliness, space, comfort, all accommodations. Owner actually returned our call to discuss local events and to verify that we had all we needed. Nice personal touch. Will stay again Definately.

Summary: A great condo in a small town outside Marquette! Condo was super clean and equipped with everything we needed~ walk in ready! Condo had lots of room to spread out and we loved the enclosed porch and keyless entry. Owner, Jim, was great to communicate with and gave is lots of local referrals and information. Location was great, within walking distance of everything we needed and access to the IOHT~ heritage trail system. Easy access to Negaunee and Marquette areas as well. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Summary: We had such a great time! Host was very responsive and accommodating. House was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Great location to Marquette. As other reviews mentioned, the bathroom is upstairs and through one of the bedrooms. We knew this before visiting and it wasn’t a big deal to us, but if anything could be different, I would say the bathroom location wasn’t the most convenient.

Summary: We stayed at this property for a long weekend. The hosts were very communicative and quick to respond to questions. They had family staying in the other part of the duplex, so the host came by to say hello and make sure we were getting settled in. Considering the different sights we planned on seeing, the location was pretty well positioned for day trips to Munising or Manistique (1 to 2 hours away), and just a 20 minute jaunt over to Marquette. The unit itself was very clean, and decorated simply. Since there were only two of us, we each took a bedroom. There is also a futon in the second sitting room. Right now, the only full bathroom is accessible through the master bedroom, which was a bit of a drawback, but since we were mostly out and about, it wasn't really a big issue. This is a small town, so dining & entertainment options are a bit limited, but the neighborhood is quiet and I felt safe being there.

Summary: Booking/rental and check-in/check-out procedures are super easy! All appliances and heating/cooling are in working order and easy to use. House is cute and clean, and within walking distance to an art park, grocery store, gas station, and multiple restaurants and bars. You are also within reasonable driving distance of other towns with additional shopping, food, and drink choices.

Summary: Perfect location for the Polar Roll and close to town. Super clean, functional and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay. Jim was super friendly and had the snow and drive all clean.
