We are situated in Te Kauri Village opposite the historic reserve and only a few minutes away from the water and wharf for fishing or just a nice walk.
A short drive to Katikati and Waihi Beach for shops, cafes, arts and crafts as well as bush walks and hot pools.
Owners live upstairs with Millie and Meka who are Birman X cats who may pay you a visit. Off street parking available for a vehicle and a boat.

Summary: We chose this location to be nearby when our daughter was due to give birth. The weather was against us for the few days we had there. We left a little early as the baby seemed to be on its way. We really enjoyed the space and comfort of the space. Although under the house it was quiet and a good place to relax. We found it only a short trip into Katikati or to Waihi. Because of the weather we went into Tauranga for a movie a couple of times. Overall a very pleasant experience

Summary: lovely quiet & private place to relax and unwind. My wife and I loved our stay. Host's were very welcoming and friendly. Very modern and clean with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Definitely recommend!!

Summary: What a beautiful spot! Had a fabulous time. Unfortunately it rained most of the time we were there, but we didn’t let that stop us from enjoying our time at such a special place. Joyce is a great hostess, the unit was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. We loved being away from the hustle and bustle of a township, went for walks and fished off the wharf, and came home with fish for dinner. Thank you. We will definitely be back.

Summary: Joyce & David are attentive but unobtrusive hosts. The unit is spacious and very well equipped and the furniture provided is super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Amazing spot and amazing people who made sure the place was spotless and ready for our stay. It is a fair way from town but it’s nothing that takes way too long to go during your stay. Beautiful area and neighbourhood.

Summary: The flat is spacious and comfy. There are green fields with walks to the beach and across to the next bay - both lovely. The hostess gave us a friendly greeting and was helpful. It was a wee bit further from the main road than we realised (not a big deal) and there isn't a shop nearby so it's worth arriving with food unless planning to go into Katikati to eat. We enjoyed the visit, thank you.
