Positive: Good location, very nice and helpful team, and a wonderful breakfast. Nice garden, safe location on a safe road. Great shower!
Negative: No restaurant on location. If you want to eat or drink a beer you must leave the hotel. Also our light stopped working and they couldn't help us. Mosquito net doesn't quite close.

Negative: We often woke up at night because of barking dogs in the neighborhood. Even with foam earplugs. In 2 of 2 nights. Also little dog who plays by biting into customers shoes.

Positive: The breakfast at Ngaali lodge was simple yet delightful. Everything felt fresh and comforting, making mornings easy and enjoyable. It wasn’t fancy, but it had just the right touch of warmth to start the day on a pleasant note.
Negative: One of the most charming parts of my stay was the lodge’s friendly dog, who greeted guests each morning with a wagging tail and cheerful energy. It instantly made the atmosphere feel more welcoming and homelike, as if you were visiting friends rather than staying at a hotel. The dog’s presence added a unique touch of warmth to the experience, setting the tone for a relaxing day ahead. Combined with the cozy surroundings and agreeable breakfast, it’s these small but memorable details that make the lodge stand out.
Summary: The staff were kind, helpful, and always laughing, the true icing on the cake of our stay.

Positive: Nice stay with comfy beds and nice, quiet location. They have a cute dog, Bruce, that can be a bit yappy but it didn't bother us. Breakfast was good and they even made it for us closer to lunch when we had an early tour one day. Staff were very lovely and accommodating!
Negative: Bathroom could use more attention while cleaning and the shower was cold with just a drizzle for pressure.

Positive: The location was reqlly good and the receptionist (dont remenber the girls name) was really nice and give me good directions to move around
Negative: At the begining it was planed that i stay with a group of friends in a big room (suite) however this was really not so good mantained and good as in the pictures, then i go to a single room and the room was really good clean with towels and enough for my one day stay
