Positive: Nice & modern with great amenities. Quiet area & the position of the Nook offers some privacy. It has a well equipped kitchen with good appliances, & it has a washing machine in the bathroom. It has a good shower. It has a nice sea view. The air-conditioning is a bonus in the warm weather, along with the sun filter blinds
Negative: A few teething problems occurred - no linen was left for the sofa bed (in the lounge) despite it being requested & confirmed 4 months prior. This I raised immediately but no one came to provide the linen - I ended up having to make do which was not acceptable. The instructions about cleaning were a bit vague “leave the place as you found it” - so we felt obliged to & did : wash the towels, vacuumed the floor, & cleaned the shower on the morning of our departure. We didn’t wash the linen on the one bed - a queen size in the one bedroom, as we thought the cleaning requirement was over the top anyway. I feel that all the cleaning is too onerous & time consuming given the cost per night & we’ve never had to do this in any other Booking.com property. It will put us off staying here again which is a pity, unless it is clarified as to what is expected to be cleaned as it’s the last thing you want to have to do before travelling home.

Negative: Not really a dislike but could have done with extra towels, only 1each and had to wash them but there wasn’t a dryer so they had to hang on an airer which took them all day with the heating on, also no iron or ironing board ,I didn’t need it but someone might have.
