Summary: Staff spoke little to no English and was not the most helpful or friendly. Although the hotel claims to be pet friendly, pets are not allowed in breakfast area.

Summary: A perfectly acceptable business hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The only thing we did not like was the bed, which was way too hard and which slid out from the wall if you sat leaning against the headboard.

Summary: This was the best hotel we stayed at on an 18 day trip to Spain. Very well located, walking distance to casco viejo old town, the theatre, impecable room, tasty breakfast buffet, good parking garage and over all an incredible friendly and efficient staff. Unfortunately there are no Nh hotels in the US except for NYC but while in Europe use this chain, particularly the one in Ciudad Real.

Summary: Hotel is centrally located and walkable to the main square. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds and clean toilets. The hotel car park is a huge plus as it avoids the drop-baggage-then-find-public-carpark process.
