Negative: A completely disappointing experience for a hotel that claims to be five-star. The bed reserved as an extra-large double bed turned out to be two single beds pushed together, a misleading and unacceptable practice for this price range and classification. The cleanliness of the room was far below any acceptable standard. The curtain was extremely dirty, to the point of being nauseating. It is unacceptable for a hotel of this category to allow such basic hygiene issues. Furthermore, the attitude of the reception staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of being understanding and solution-oriented, the staff member made excuses and tried to convince us to accept the situation, as if these problems were normal. This experience has nothing in common with five-star standards. The value for money is very poor. I do not recommend this hotel and will not return.
