Summary: For anyone travelling to Prague who wants a central location, the most amazing breakfast with live harp or violin music, the most comfortable beds and bedding plus a spa that is relaxing and wonderful topped off with staff that has the care of their customers are the forefront, then this is the hotel for you. This hotel in Prague is one of the best hotels that I have stayed at in the world. To all my fellow Canadians, this is the hotel for YOU!

Summary: So, its around the corner of the train station Walkable to the astronomic clock (8-10mins) flat Downside: huuuge stairs at the entrance! No ramp!! Also some stairs for some rooms! So if you have mobility issues i do not recommend, other than that it was a pleasant surprise and the hotel is DIVINE Fyi food is not good.. breakfast has a lot of different choices but simple things like eggs (undercooked) or hotcakes (very chewy) were not ideally to eat... other than that the hotel is gorgeous :) Also if you have medicine that needa refrigeration, as in most of europe their minibars arent ideal so always ask for ice if needed

Summary: There are many steps to the hotel and inside the hotel, no open air area or cafe at all no windows in the lobby or restaurants. Very closed nice building.

Summary: It was the perfect hotel to go around Prague. It is very conveniently located for tourist attractions and shopping. The staff were amazing! The breakfast and dinner were excellent.
