Positive: Amazing location Lovely, clean, modern friendly staff Cosy beds
Negative: Costs t noise outside - glasses empty j bit industrial bins and early morning church bells Small room (room 409) Bar isn’t staffed in evening - but they do kindly get someone for you, it may take a while Air con clicks all night long snd didn’t go below 23 degrees so is very warm

Positive: The staff is really helpful, the location is excellent, breakfast is indeed fantastic and the room and bed are super comfortable. During my stay I ordered room service and it was also exceptional. I really enjoyed my stay at NH and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Turin.
Negative: Really small things: I would argue bathrobes and slippers should be already available in the room and not upon request. Toilet paper should be of higher quality for that price of stay and not 0.05 ply. Finally, in my room the espresso cup was left dirty on the balcony when I arrived, which tells me that the cleaning crew didn't do a thorough job. These are very minor things and most likely the cleaning crew was rushing to get my room ready but for the price I would expect these wrinkles to be smoothed out.
Summary: Excellent location. Amazing staff. Fantastic breakfast.

Positive: Great room: terrace, comfortable bed, room for comfortable chairs to watch tv. Amazing bathroom. Luxury products including a facial mask. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who always engaged with us whenever we entered or exited the hotel. The hotel had delegates from the G8 climate conference staying there so there was a large security presence in the street and hotel but they had advised us by email several weeks out from our stay so we were aware that this would be the case. Impressed by this forethought

Positive: We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Spacious room, nice decor. Loved to find a bottle of water and coffee capsules for the morning. Location is perfect to walk around town and lots of restaurants and interest point nearby. We also had a nice dinner at the restaurant of the hotel. Arrosto and agnolotti were really good. Torta Gianduia also delicious. A plus: we found parking on site.
Negative: The extra bed was a bit cranky. Luckily once our son falls asleep it doesn't move till morning.
