Summary: Cleaners are kings in this place. Customer use stairs and the cleaner elevators. Rooms are not so clean and beds are too hard for my back.

Summary: Very handy to Munich airport. Hotel is easily accessible via bus line 512 or the hotel shuttle. The historic village of Erding is also easily accessible by bus 512

Summary: I had a single night layover in Munich and chose this hotel as I am familiar with the NH brand and I received precisely what I expected. The room was comfortable, clean and efficient and the hotel bar was a great place to spend a few hours relaxing before bedtime. For the price of the stay, you can’t beat an NH hotel. Finding the hotel shuttle bus was a bit of a challenge so I ended up taking a taxi to the hotel but bear in mine. You need to make reservations for the bus when you’re going back to the airport as it only sees nine people and fills up fast not a detractor if you know what you’re doing.

Summary: Convenient distance from the airport. 45 minutes + a hotel shuttle (which you will be lucky to find in the airport) from Munich. Don't let the pictures fool you. There are no shops or restaurants near the hotel at all. To get anywhere, you need a car or the hotel shuttle. The hotel was ok, but not at the level I have come to experience from other NH hotels.

Summary: Incompetent staff. It is an airport hotel and not only they charge for a suttle but also it was overbooked and I had to call an Uber.

Summary: The hotel charged me more than the booking via hotels.com and I didn’t realize until after (no matter what the price was in line with a luxuary hotel, which it’s definitely not). The room was not very clean (bathroom, bedding, bedroom). The room was very dark and no decorations of any kind to make it nicer - it was brown. The location is also not at the airport and requires a shuttle bus ride every half hour or taxi (20 euros) and the taxi only reluctantly drove me to the hotel

Summary: The room was not fully made when I arrived, trash in the trash cans, towels on the floor. Next day, they did not come at all to do the room.

Summary: We stayed at this hotel in 2019. At the time, the hotel was clean and fine and seemed a bit outdated (1950s). When we returned in 2025, the hotel had done a complete upgrade and we were thrilled to be here. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.

Summary: Wonderful overall! Daniel at the front desk was SO helpful! What an absolute gem! Other things I loved: The shuttle was super easy to find at the airport (and affordable at only 10 €). The coffee and croissants in the lobby were such a treat before leaving at 6 AM. I highly recommend this property!
