Summary: Great hotel in a good location. If you don't mind walking to the main site areas it is situated along the river Manzares with lovely park lanes bordering the river . Quiet rooms with nice views over the park. Breakfast options are plentiful. Pleasant staff . Ciuld use ironing boards and an iron in the room.

Summary: The staff were great. I especially appreciated the outside space and pool and felt away from the fray in Madrid. Walking to the tourist area is fine but uphill.

Summary: The hotel is very nice, great location and a restaurant right downstairs. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable, I could feel the springs through the fabric, and the water in the shower goes from scalding hot to freezing cold intermittently while showering. If it weren’t for these issues I would say 5 stars.

Summary: Staff were amazing, very nice rooms, clean, walking distance to most attractions, located in a nice quite area by the board walk. Only complaint, the beds are rock hard its like sleep on wood.

Summary: The breakfast was great and the rooms clean and well kept. Disappointingly the swimming pool was closed when we arrived which was more advertised.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay overall but were very disappointed with the service in both the bar and the restaurant which was slow and unfriendly. Also,the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in our room was a lack. Carrying paper cups of boiling water upstairs was not ideal.
