Summary: Unfortunately their AC did not function and there were no fans provided. Requested water as it was the hotest day and therecwas no access to water facilities there was a charge for water. Could not sleep as there was no ventilation

Summary: The room was not very clean. They put bloody towels for us twice. Carpets were dirty. They don’t change the sheets. They bring 1/2 towels max. They only give you one roll of toilet paper ( a cheap one). The location is VERY inconvenient to center of Milan. This is not a convenient hotel for Milan at all. Last but not least, the sink was yellow and shower was really small. This is not a 4-star hotel by any means.

Summary: This was a lovely place though it was farther than I thought from city centre and not convenient to get around. Only there 1 night so OK but I had to use taxi to and from train station.

Summary: Old hotel which would need more care and maintenance. The room had a strong bad smell and I got the impression it was not a surprise for the hotel staff. Prompt and kind the service to try to eliminate the smell which however remained. Eventually we had to sleep with the windows opened
