Summary: The hotel is fabulous. The check in staff were not at all welcoming. We’ve been travelling for 4 years and honestly most unfriendly greeting ever. Disappointed too that our request went unread . We also check anyway so it wasn’t a problem and was rectified, just another disappointment to our check in experience. Equally unfriendly on our check out!

Summary: I super nice hotel, in an very empty area 10 minutes driving away from the airport. You can't really walk there, so taxi or bus is needed. For some reason a bus is very expensive, so taxi is the best option. The hotel and the staff is great though. The fitness lacked options, but otherwise fine for a night before your flight.

Summary: Cleaners are kings in this place. Customer use stairs and the cleaner elevators. Rooms are not so clean and beds are too hard for my back.

Summary: Very handy to Munich airport. Hotel is easily accessible via bus line 512 or the hotel shuttle. The historic village of Erding is also easily accessible by bus 512

Summary: I had a single night layover in Munich and chose this hotel as I am familiar with the NH brand and I received precisely what I expected. The room was comfortable, clean and efficient and the hotel bar was a great place to spend a few hours relaxing before bedtime. For the price of the stay, you can’t beat an NH hotel. Finding the hotel shuttle bus was a bit of a challenge so I ended up taking a taxi to the hotel but bear in mine. You need to make reservations for the bus when you’re going back to the airport as it only sees nine people and fills up fast not a detractor if you know what you’re doing.

Summary: Not sure why this hotel was rated so high??? Staff needs supervision! Printer at the front desk did not work, the room was hot and way too noisy. At breakfast there was a spill in the main walk area that was not cleaned up. For the cost and extras like parking fees this was no where near worth it.
