Summary: Nice hotel, convenient to main train station. No air-conditioning unless outside temperatures are high. Hotel water for showers are a problem on the 6th floor. This is our 5 time in this hotel over several years. This time we were disappointed by staff response to the water issue on the 6th floor

Summary: Wonderful hotel. Great location. Clean, spacious, renovated. Staff friendly. Line at checkin was long. Only one person -- which should be avoided at 5 pm.

Summary: Francesca and the rest of the reception staff were fantastic and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very upscale contemporary! We slept well. Walkable in about two minutes from the train station. 16-18 minutes to walk to city center or a 5 minute; 9 euro cab ride. This was perhaps the best hotel we've stayed at during our trip to Greece and Italy, and definitely the best value! Highly recommend. They even have a gym and a morning breakfast buffet.

Summary: The breakfast is fantastic The pillows are quite hard which made the bed uncomfortable and I still have a sore neck If you’re someone who likes to have a bath - there was one in my bathroom and it was a proper size - having the soap / shampoo etc on the wall at a height for showing makes bathing really awkward to actually wash. Since they’re fixed to the wall and almost impossible to remove it’s annoying.
