Summary: Hotel is lovely. We stayed in a suite with a balcony and it was beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Very central for Parma and right next to the train station.

Summary: CLOSE TO TRAIN STATION ROOM HAD A BALCONEY WAS QUIET AND BRIGHT COMFORTABLE ROOM AND BED HAD A KETTLE FOR TEA AND COFFEE WILL USE AGAIN

Summary: Be careful about time of year and the heavy regulation in the city about when they can and can’t heat or cool the building. We were there in early April and it was a warm spell and they are banned from allowing any cooling in the building which made sleeping difficult.

Summary: Good location, next to the train station and a short walk to the historic section and shopping, restaurants. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Nice selection for breakfast.
