Summary: The management was horrible, did not conduct in a professional manner, also even though the location was ideal, very disappointed on the service received and the fact that after spending so much money, I was not even allowed a guest which I had to pay an additional overpriced fee.

Summary: Neena was extremely communicative and quick to respond to any questions I had, which made the experience seamless. The property was spotless and conveniently located, making it easy to explore Montego Bay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Summary: I absolutely loved everything about Nianna Cove Bay. The staff is friendly and the communication was there! Whatever I asked for I received! Ms. Lorraine made me feel extra special on my birthday. Words can’t express how grateful I am for the experience. I felt safe and comfortable. It felt like I was home!

Summary: Nice stay!! It was quite pleasant. Check in was very easy …the grounds were beautiful and the host had great communication. I felt safe and at home there was not one thing I didn’t like well actually the upstairs TV in one of the bedrooms had no volume but that was fine, I will definitely be back !!!

Summary: We had an overnight stay at the property and the customer service was excellent from the moment we booked. Neena was very supportive, offered tons of information and offered. When we arrived the staff were professional and helpful. The place was clean and bright. The amenities were great, the only suggestion is to have some water available. I’m looking forward to coming back and spending more time!!
