“Looking to enjoy staying in a comfortable and spacious place”, we have a beautiful 2-story house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms large beautiful deck was recently installed with couches and cushioned chairs and a huge open backyard. The house has 2 queen beds and 2 Twins. The house is over 2300 SF and conveniently located near Long View Lakes (less than 5 minute's drive) and a longview walking trail

Summary: There were several things with this house that were not good. 1) When we came in the house the dryer was running with an extra amount of towels that were still wet. We had to finish them. 2) Kitchen counters and table tops were dirty and stained. We had to clean them. 3) Kitchen and Living Room floors were dirty and turned our feet black. 4) Bed sheets did not seem to be clean. 5) Some of the windows were open when we arrived. 6) Thermostat was set on 60 degrees (very cold in house). 7) None of front outside lights worked(totally dark at night out front). Water coming in in the basement around the pool table. 8) Toliet seat in upstairs was broken when we arrived. 9) Front gutter over outside stairs sticks out and is a real hazard for someone to get a laceration on their head. 10) We felt we should have had a 50% refund due to all of the above. You should not have to go in and clean and do someone else's laundry with a Vrbo home. I sent this same message to one of the owners and he supposedly forwarded to other owner twice and said we would definitely hear from him. Never did. Thought Vrbo had higher standards than this. Still waiting to hear from the owner.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at this property. Have stayed at several hotels in the area and this was by far a better option, not only for comfort, but value as well.

Summary: Good place to stay for a getaway to KC. 15 minutes from downtown and enough room to spread out. I would recommend this property and stay again.

Summary: I choose this property partly because the location seemed to be in a safe neighborhood. That it was, but it could definitely use some TLC. While it appeared clean at first, as the weekend went on i realized it needed a good deep clean. The floors were dirty, leaving our socks black. The cupboards needed cleaned. There were some things broken, such as drawers, can opener, etc. This could be an awesome property if it had a good deep cleaning.
