Our one-family house with a two-room vacation-apartment is situated heavenly, sunny and quiet on 750 m, with free view on Lake Lucern and the mountains.

Summary: This is a great holiday property for two. Ithe ground-floor apartment is clean, spacious, well equipped and has a verandah with a view second to none. The charming and helpful owners Doris and Walter live above but you wouldn't know it as we never heard them. The house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac but is conveniently situated to allow you to explore the wonderful countryside, lakes and peaks,

Summary: The property was immaculate and very comfortable with an excellent view of the lake from the balcony. Doris and Walter were friendly and very approachable. We had a problem connecting our phones and IPad to the Wi-fi but Walter very kindly let us borrow his laptop, which was already connected to the internet. Greatly appreciated!

Summary: The apartment is very large with lots of storage spac, large Living room, dining room, and bedroom, shower and even a sauna.the view from the large front patio is amazing, and there is ample parking. Kitchen has everything you would need except dish washer. Hosts are really charming and helpful, and do not intrude if you wish to be left alone. The village of Emmetten , 1000 feet above the lake, is pleasantly off the beaten track, but has 5 restaurants, a gas station, market and two gondolas up the mountain behind the village; the Road s a bit winding but good. Speaking some German helps but is not strictly necessary. You are about half hour from Lucerne and many fine lifts, walks;!ships on Lake Lucerne are available about 10 minutes away.

Summary: We would recommend this apartment, it has fantastic views that you can't explain other than stunning and better than the photos (weather permitting of course) During our stay we had blue sky sun, snow and rain with low cloud so we experienced all the changes. It has all you need great facilities and road/transport access local shops etc. It is more for a couple and great as a base as we did whilst travelling around to the many many attractions, too many and not enough time or energy to do as much as we wanted. Great to finish a day off on the balcony, glass of wine watching the sunset over the lake. Thanks to the owners Doris & Walter Mark & Nannette

Summary: We have just returned from an amazing two week stay at Haus Anna. We were once again greeted by Walter and Doris and shown to our Apartment. The views are astounding with spectacular elevated views over Lake Lucerne where we never tired of looking across the lake at the comings and goings of all the water craft and ferries. Most evenings we were treated to splendid sunsets from our balcony. Inside the apartment is very well furnished with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation - as well as a sauna and steam room. This is our fourth visit all the way from the UK by car which just speaks for itself of our love for this apartment, the local area and the whole of Switzerland.
