Positive: A nice place with fancy decorations and good position. Can easily walk to a seaside view. It’s really lucky to meet Mr Börkur who is enthusiastic about life. Looking forward to coming to Iceland again in the future.

Positive: Felt like being at home and was very relaxing. I enjoyed having a kitchen to save money making my own meals and our whole family felt relaxed staying here. This apartment is situated in a very quiet suburban neighborhood with a lovely view of the water. I was grateful that the tenant was.so pleasant and was quick to respond to our messages. And for those who plan to travel and want a good spot: this was ideally in a great location from the major city as well as only being a couple hours from the major sight seeing locations we wanted to look at. The unit having a washer and dryer on site was an added bonus. Overall nice and clean and had nice decorations throughout. I recommend anyone looking for a nice place to stay to check it out, you won't be disappointed! 😊

Negative: The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't stay longer.

Positive: The apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor of a two-floor house. The small peninsula in Garðabær is well connected by roads with shops and other facilities around. It is all-residential with nice houses, good quality and clean children's playground and it is very pleasant for a jog or a walk.

Negative: We liked everything about this house: location, furniture, kitchen, close-by parking by the sea, and an attentive host.

Positive: Beautiful home for holiday stay Everything was so warmly and perfect Felt like I am home away from home Was welcome with a lovely cup of tea at arrival, kitchen was lovely. Will come back and stay here again if I come to Iceland again.

Positive: Beautiful little apartment that is very clean and well decorated. Much more spacious than I was expecting. The bathroom is beautiful, and the beds were very comfortable. A nice kitchen too, with everything we needed.

Summary: This place exceeded all my expectations. For the price:value ratio, I couldn’t be happier. Clean, beautiful, well run.

Positive: It is truly an exceptional apartment that has everything in it. Kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom- everything was fully equipped and perfectly clean. The apartment itself is modern and.... nice&cosy. The owner did everything to make our stay as good as possible. Tens, tens, tens across the board. It was the best place I have ever booked.

Negative: There was nothing I could complain about.
