Positive: 1. The location is very close to the attractions. 2. The apartment is big with 2 rooms.
Negative: 1. Itโ€™s very noisy at the night time until 4:00am 2. Itโ€™s located at 4th floor, no elevator, have to carry upstairs all the luggage.

Positive: Huge apartment, amazing location, comfortable beds, we arrived early and contacted the property and asked if we could drop our bags, they let us and the cleaner met let us in. Like how the toilet and shower are separate which is great when staying with friends. Ear plugs provided for the noise. Great bar and restaurant called urban next to it
Negative: Entrance is difficult to access during the night due to the bar blocking it with seating, funny smell when entering the block due to the restaurant. Lots of stairs to property

Positive: Excellent apartment, I would live there if I could!! Clearly the host takes pride in the property and cares about the experience of the guest. The kitchen was well stocked, coffee, tea, spices. The laundry was great and she even had detergent (though we had our own). Decor was lovely and even had a bluetooth radio. The apartment location was well suited for a 5-10 minute walk everywhere. Yes it gets noisy at night but it is above a restaurant, frankly did not bother us and it was made very clear and the host left earplugs. The back bedroom has no noise. The rooms are all large and has a separate living room. The host was easily reachable and easy to work with.
Negative: The three flights of stairs may be problematic for those with health concerns or with babies/strollers.
Summary: Fantastic, comfortable and great for a family

Positive: Very central location. Big roomy apartment. Handy for sightseeing.
Negative: Cleanliness issue which was thankfully quickly resolved. We booked this apt knowing it was located in a very lively part of the city. My sister took the room to the back of apt. I has the room overlooking the street where busy bars are located .I came prepared with silicone earplugs as ones provided simply would not work for the volume of the noise that came from Palais Bar and surrounding bars. We come from a city that likes to party but gosh the party noise on Monday & Tuesday was surprising. As for the noise last night ( Wednesday), well lets say it was pulsating right up to apartment until at least 1am. We had an early start and I was exhausted this morning . (10am check out time). Only book if you you like to party or will be out late enjoying a few pints. This is party central, juat as advertisement says!!!! It wont be quiet during the work week.
