Summary: great. The home was very clean and everything worked. The only thing I can mention is that the water wasn't very hot. Luke warm shower. Other than that. we had no problems.

Summary: The property is is a very family friendly neighborhood and very close to some parks the kids really enjoyed. Overall experience was good though the property could use a little sprucing up and the property could be stocked a little better. We did not use kitchen because of this. But overall stay was nice and worked well and was priced fair for what we needed.

Summary: Overall stay was good at this property and the neighborhood was good and quite. HEB was very close and also had good trials and parks were near by. Planning to come back again.

Summary: Spacious place in a great location. The master bed is comfortable, and the quiet neighborhood felt very safe. UC was very responsive to our few requests and provided great ideas for takeout (try Santiago's!). We both worked from the house, and the internet was fast enough for video calls. We loved the walking/running paths nearby, and the large fenced-in backyard was perfect for our dog.

Summary: The owner was incredibly helpful and communicative, answering promptly any questions we had and also offering relevant information based upon our reason for visiting. The home was immaculate and well appointed with an incredibly comfortable bed. My other half is on the older side and likes a very firm mattress and I prefer a very soft memory foam, yet we were both incredibly well rested after our stay. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need whether it was a glass of wine, cup of tea, or to cook a complex meal on the gas stove. The space was decorated simply and allowed for relaxation and for us to spread out comfortably. It offers all the benefits and charm of a home, and not the impersonal qualities of a hotel. I’ve stayed in managed vacation rentals over the years, some renting at $10-12k a month and this one is an excellent value, particularly if you are on business and need a place to come back to and unwind with your significant other.
