Nice and well-equipped holiday house of 120 m2. The cottage is located in Hölminge 17 km from Ljungby. You live in a cottage area, but your house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, so it feels very private. It is approx. 100 m down to Bolmen. There is a nice swimming area here with a sandy beach, slide and swings. You have a berth in the harbor at your disposal. A 12-foot boat is included and you can rent an engine (4 stroke, 4 hp) from the owner for SEK 2,000 per week including fuel. Here in the harbor there is also a boat ramp. Your holiday home is for a maximum of 10 people. Downstairs you have a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in one of the family rooms, in another corner of the house there are 2 more single beds, here you also have a WC and sink. In the large living room there is a wood burning stove for cooler evenings (firewood included) TV, chromecast via Wifi/fibre. The house has a bathroom with shower and WC. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. Washing machine available. In the sleeping loft there are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, but they are very low and here the standing height is 1.60. The house has a glazed conservatory with infrared heating for colder evenings. The plot is 2300 m2 with barbecue area, garden furniture, playhouse and swings. You have a lovely terrace with parasol and barbecue. Bolmen has good fishing with plenty of pike and perch but also zander.

The nearest shop is Ica Togo in Tannåker 6 km. There is also a boat bar in the adjoining premises. In Bolmstadhamn there is a nice café during the summer. Ljungby is 17 km away and has many nice museums such as The Fairy Tale Museum and the Sven Ljungberg Museum. There are moose parks in both Lagan, Hamneda and Markaryd. Of course, you are also close to Växjö, Värnamo, which has a large selection of restaurants and shopping. The Glass Kingdom, Astrid Lindgren's World and Gränna are wonderful excursion destinations.
