Summary: The house is a good size and lovely. We had 3 adults and 5 kiddos and all fit nicely. Glen was a pleasure to work with as well.

Summary: We wanted to stay in Post Falls as we had dog shows in Spokane and CDA. The was comfortable and well equipped. The neighbors are friendly.

Summary: The drive to Post Falls from Spokane and vice versa was an easy on and off freeway for our purpose of a volleyball tournament. The Nice House had everything we needed plus more. Fully stocked kitchen (one thing that is needed is a colander) , spacious rooms upstairs and down, great backyard for our dogs to roam safely and even socialized with the neighbors behind the house. The neighbors were having a bonfire one night we return and were friendly. Another helpful tip for privacy would be a curtain or blinds for the slider as this peers right into the neighbors backyard. Overall the stay was relaxing, stressless and provided us all the comfort of home. This host was understandable for a unique situation we had with tournament play which can be unpredictable. Thank you Nice House. Until we meet again.

Summary: The property was great! It was everything that we needed for our trip up to CDA. The Host was very communicative and friendly. We will definitely be staying there again.

Summary: This house has a lot of space to spread out but is still cozy. Glen was the best host. I had mentioned that we had a not so good experience the first time we used VRBO so he called at about 5pm (an hour after check-in) and made sure we had no issues. He to contact him if we needed anything, which we didn't but nice to know we could have if we needed to. My only suggestion to him would be to have a couple extra towels on hand. Not a big deal because I just had all of the guys take their showers then I washed them for the other wife and I and the guys next showers since we were there for 4 days. Glen had laundry soap available along with everything we needed in the kitchen. Lots of parking available and the neighborhood was so nice and quite. We joked that we did not hear sirens, shootings or speeding cars like we were all used to hearing.

Summary: Our group was large enough to fill each bed in the house. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, plates, pots, pans, etc. None of use had issues with lack of hot water, but we also tried to stagger shower times to avoid that. Great location with quick access to grocery stores and gas stations.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the house. There was plenty of room with the downstairs and the upstairs for four of us to spread out. The house was clean and stocked well! Glen made the process a breeze! Would definitely stay again

Summary: Our stay was amazing! The house had everything we needed. Plenty of space for everyone! We planned a trip to silverwood and the location was great and not a bad drive to and from! The hot water lasts forever and with 7 people thats a huge bonus! Glen was amazing with communication and quick to help! Will definitely try to stay here again on the next trip!

Summary: The house was clean and comfortable. Our family was able to use this well kept home for a central base for all our activities. Check-in and out was super easy. Communications were easy and pleasant. All the basics were available for cooking meals including outdoor BBQ. My only issue was one sleeping arrangement was listed as sofa/futon but was definitely not a futon which I was counting on for a good sleep. I'm sure if I had talked to owner sooner that would have been made clear. All other beds were quite comfortable and our overall experience was great.
