Luxurious contemporary décor and furnishings, media room with movie screen, pool table and gaming area, wet bar, yoga room, gourmet fully-stocked chef’s kitchen for catering meals, courtyard patio with hot tub used as an “outdoor living room”, all bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and luxury amenities, two-car heated garage. Site includes main house and studio guest house.
Beautifully decorated with contemporary mountain furnishings, cherry wood floors and custom coffered ceilings with cherry wood accents. This gorgeous home is one of Aspen’s nicest properties, located just two blocks from the commercial core and four blocks east of the Little Nell Hotel and Gondola Plaza. This home is family oriented and fun, yet luxurious. The upper living area overlooks Aspen Mountain and includes views of the gondola and a private deck. A long glass wet bar with five barstools, sectional sofa with flat screen television, and gas fireplace is open to the dining and kitchen area. The dining area seats ten and is adjacent to the gourmet kitchen white stone counters fit for a professional chef with center island, breakfast bar, two refrigerators with freezer drawers, two dishwashers and six burner gas Viking range with double ovens. The main entry area features two conversational areas with gas fireplace with view to courtyard “living area” with hot tub. Each bedroom comes with ample closet space and private bathroom.
Downstairs features a theatre room with movie screen and eight rocker recliners, a game room with flat screen television, gas fireplace, wet bar with under counter refrigerator, game table, sectional seating and pool table, plus three bedrooms with en suite baths.
Pricing will increase based on high season. Inquire for pricing on your desired dates. Security deposit is required in advance. Daily cleaning required and charged at no-mark up rate of approximately $38 per hour.

Suite 5 - Two (2) sets of bunk beds that have 6 beds in total: 2 full and 4 twins and bathroom with tub/shower combo, toilet room, double vanity
ADU (caretaker unit) with a full bed and bathroom with tub/shower combo, toilet, and galley kitchen with Viking, Sub Zero appliances
Yoga Room - Queen and twin nice air mattresses available if needed. Bathroom has vanity, toilet and shower.
