Summary: Had a wonderful stay for my little sister's wedding. Lance was very communicative during our entire stay. We even made some friends with the neighbor's kittens.

Summary: This property is nice. My family of 5 adults, 1 dog and 3 cats rented it to get away from Hurricane Milton. We enjoyed our stay. Lance gets back to you pretty quickly if you have any questions. The home is very close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The area is quite. There are dogs that live around here that are free to hang out in the street. They never bothered us, they never even barked. If we are in the area again I would gladly stay here.

Summary: This is our second time to stay here. Great place! Convenient location if you want to go out but its also just a great space to hang with friends. Very clean and comfortable with everthing you need to feel at home. Lance was easy to work with and I'm sure we will book again if available!

Summary: The house is exactly as described. Lance is quick to respond, at any time. Very easy to communicate with. This is a clean house and has everything that you may need while being "away from home". Great hospitality. The shops downtown were cute. Hike and bike trails are all around. Tons of parks and a nice botanical garden not far from the house. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
