Positive: Everything, it was conveniently located for what we wanted, very clean and modern, and the beds were nice and comfy. Communication was great with Nicolle and was great with giving me the instructions to collect my key because I was arriving late. I missed the night managers name, but he was great when it came to checking in.
Negative: It wasn't something j didn't like, but just a heads up, I was waiting for the shower to warm up and it didn't happen, a couple of minutes later I came to the realization that the hot and cold taps are set up opposite to normal, so right handle is actually the hot tap! That was in our room anyway 😄

Positive: breakfast provided as a 'take-away 'pack I did not use as leaving at 6.30 am Well refurbished. Great shower Sofa provided so did not need to sit on bed it was very quiet- even though cars were parked outside- tho i probably left before most woke.
Negative: for the value for money, nothing

Positive: Location was close to where we needed to be the next day. Easy option for dinner and accommodation at the same place.
Negative: There was a planned power outage that I was only told of on the day of my stay, which was after my free cancellation period. I had booked a hotel the night before needing to be in the area for a sporting event hoping for a sleep in. But instead had to get up early to be able to shower before the power went out. Not overly happy. Could have saved my money and stayed at home.
Summary: Not enough notice of power outage should’ve been given partial refund.
