Negative: All was good, except the juice and fruits can be improved to include variety, not just only water melon.

Positive: The location is amazing 🤩 it overlooks lake Victoria and the whole place has beautiful artwork all around. The views are unmatched and the staff are equally exceptional in their service delivery 😁 Everything was clean and new. The staff made me feel at home and the kind lady at the reception even offered to warm up food I had brought in at check in. I met the owner/ manager Stella and she a lovely lady! Overall a gem in Entebbe!

Positive: A quiet place away from the main road. What sets this place apart from the rest is the large roof terrace where you can have breakfast or relax in the evening. However, the most important thing is the excellent and friendly staff who are at your disposal 24 hours a day.
Negative: Distance from the main road and the city. Not crucial.

Positive: I particularly liked all off the staff, you couldn't be anymore helpful, suupporting and caring. It was a delight to be there in the hotel,. The friendliness of the team i havnt experienced before, although i travelled the world. Location and facilities were TOP, the smiles of the staff will always stay with me.
